Given that most people do not design their lives, they die without manifesting their greatness. This course will help you design  the blueprint to your greatness. This course will walk you through greatness philosophy so that you transition from the sea of generality to the island of uniqueness. 

 In the previous course, you to designed your greatness. Like a builder, your design was the dream house. Now is the time for you to erect pillars. There are different types of pillars in the marketplace. The type of pillars you buy and use will determine how long your house is going to last.   In this course, we will give you the pillars to build your greatness which are  strongly felt by you and connected to your dreams; in the theatre of your mind; absolutely necessary; and ridiculously hard to achieve. We see these pillars as the highway to your best life. Choose this module and develop your greatest life. 

 In order to deliver your greatness, you need determined people and sustained action. In this course, we will give you the P.E.O.P.L.E© and A.C.T.I.O.N© models that you will use to deliver your greatness.  It is our hope that by the end of this course, you will have applied these models and found out the great people in your life.  It is our hope that you will have taken determined A.C.T.I.O.N© because it is what makes the difference between mediocrity and greatness. 

Most people do not make the sustenance of their greatness a priority. They  get stuck when they no longer handle their greatness or when something goes wrong. This is when  this course becomes relevant with topics like greatness culture, greatness ethics and greatness diplomacy. As you delve into its content, you will learn how to protect your greatness against all attacks including haters and competitors. You will also discover the importance of preserving your greatness through mentoring and consultancy. 

 Learning how to write a book is a skill that you can master. It is like driving a car where you become better and better. My first book took me 5 years to write. It now takes me 60 days to write and publish a book of 120 pages. You might be thinking, ‘Wow! Patrick is so gifted!’ My response to you is that you can do exactly what I am currently doing if you get the right support and mentoring. I was lucky to be mentored by one of the prolific writers in the world: Brian Tracy. His unparalleled mentoring led me to write and publish 12 books in 2018 alone. In doing so, a book writing model was born that we will be teaching you.   In this course, you will engage in the creative process of writing so that you publish your book. Emphasis will be placed on process as much as product. The notion of ‘work in progress’ will be a major focus with frequent opportunities for you to present your work and get feedback. 

 In this module, you will have the opportunity to explore contemporary works that have been acclaimed by critics and read by the public in order to discuss the basis of their appeal as singular texts, as a genre and as a commodity in contemporary culture. This module considers what defines a particular category as a genre in 21st Century fiction and whether one can trace a cultural shift in this genre from 20th Century iterations. It also examines the nature of story and drama, how to create a character, different approaches to structuring stories and the different demands made on the story teller by different forms of drama. Throughout this module, you will be expected to develop a portfolio of work that focus on a particular specialism such writing novels, children’s books, biographies or your own autobiography.

This course allows you to see a book project from conception through production to seeing it in the hands of your readers. It is a practical module taught by professionals from the industry. You will participate in every aspect of the process and take on the role of the proof-reader and editor in practice. You will also be introduced to the basic requirements of traditional print publishing as well as electronic publishing in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Finally, you will market, sell and pitch your book to commercial buyers and organise real events and festivals which will be open to the public. You will indeed have all the essential skills you need to get people reading, buying your book and having their lives changed by your words as a new author.

 This module will introduce you to current key shaping the publishing industry such as plagiarism, intellectual property, copyright infringement, fake news, and media ethics. You will also look at wider issues connected to digital publishing and how creative practice can be developed to make the most of the opportunities created by digital formats. You will become familiar with publishing contracts and rights negotiations. Of vital importance will be other subsidiary rights, specifically the international market in translation rights and international co-editions. By the end of the module, you will have developed an awareness of upcoming challenges which might face publishers of the future and critically think of creative solutions.
